Day - 1 : GUWAHATI SIGHTSEEN
Early in the morning visit the famous Maa Kamakhya Temple, situated in the Nilachal Hills, one of the shakti peeths of india. After that visit the Umananda Temple (world smallest river island). The temple is located on peacock island that lies on the mighty Brahmaputra river. Next we can visit Rope Way in Guwahati, which is india’s first River Rope Way spanning a distance of about 1.8 km long from bank of Guwahati city to north-Guwahati bank. In the evening we can take the experience of river Cruise Alfresco Grand, where you can enjoy the evening with music, dance, dinner on the river Brahmaputra. Overnight at Guwahati.
Day - 2 : GUWAHATI, KOLIA BHOMORA SETU, KAZIRANGA
Morning after Breakfast, head towards Kaziranga National Park. On the way visit the MAHA MRITYUNJAY TEMPLE situated in Nagaon, the world’s largest SHIVLINGA with a height of 126-feet. Next we can visit Kolia Bhomora Setu where one can take a adventurous Boat Riding to watch Dolphins and see the island in between which has preety monkeys. After that move towars Kaziranga National Park and visit the KAZIRANGA NATIONAL ORCHID and near by markets to explore traditional things of Assam. Night stay in Kaziranga.
Day - 3 : KAZIRANGA SAFARI - MAJULI
Early in the morning, Start the day at 5.30 A.M, enjoy the Jungle Safari on Elephant in the Bagori (western) range of Kaziranga. Return back to the hotel for breakfast & after breakfast drive to Jeep Safari in the Kohora (Central) range of Kaziranga. After that check-out from the hotel and head towards Majuli Island (2hrs ferry ride), the largest river Island in the World, located in the Brahmaputra River in Assam. Enroute cross the Brahmaputra River by local made ferry. Night stay in Majuli.
Day - 4 : MAJULI VISIT – SIVASAGAR
Morning after Breakfast, drive to Majuli visit. The island is known for its rich cultural heritage, with numerous Satras (monastic institutions) preserving traditional Assamese arts and crafts. The Satras includes Kamalabari Satra, Dakshinapat Satra, Auniati Satra, Tengapania, Benegenaati Satra, which are famous for visit. After visiting, next we move to Sivasagar, which was formerly known as Rangpur and is known for its rich cultural heritage and historical Significance. Night Stay at Sivasagar.
Day - 5 : SIVASAGAR VISIT
Morning after Breakfast, drive to Sivsagar visit. It is well known for its Ahom Palaces and Monuments. In Sibasagar visit Rang Ghar, Tolatol Ghar, Shiva Dole, Shivasagar Tank (Barpukhuri), Kareng Ghar (The Gargaon Palace), Charaideo Maidam, etc. Sivsagar is an important centre for tea and oil industries today. After that move back hotel and Stay the night at Sivsagar.
Day - 6 : DHOLA SADIYA BRIDGE, TILINGA MANDIR, TINSUKIA
Morning after breakfast, head towards Tilinga Mandir also known as Bell Temple which is situated in the small town of Bordubi of Tinsukia District in Assam. The temple houses the deity of Lord Shiva where we will get to see hundreds and thousands of bells of all sizes. After that we will move towards Dhola Sadiya Bridge which is officially named as Bhupen Hazarika Bridge. The bridge is the first permanent road connection between the northern Assam and eastern Arunachal Pradesh which is the longest bridge in India over water, with 9.15 kilometer (5.69 mi) in length. After that we will move to Tinsukia for night stay. Tinsukia district is home to several communities, including the Mishing and Deori tribes, who have their own unique customs and traditions. Ovenight at Tinsukia.
Day - 7 : TINSUKIA - PARSHURAM KUND - TINSUKIA
Early in the morning, we will move towards Parshuram Kund, also known as Brahmakund, which is a famous holy place of worship. It is a Hindu pilgrimage sites situated on the Brahmaputra Plateau in the lower reaches of the Lohit River and 21km north of Tezu in Lohit district of Arunachal Pradesh. A bathing festival is held during Makar Sangkranti every year (mostly 13th-15th January), at the same time when Magh Bihu festival held in Assam. The natural beauty and attraction of the place cannot be described in words. After that move back to Tinsukia enjoying the natural beauty on the way to Tinsukia. Overnight at Tinsukia.
Day - 8 : DEPARTURE
Morning after breakfast, move to Dibrugarh / Guwahati Airport for departure and YOUR JOURNEY ENDS IN A HAPPY NOTE.
